I just read a study regarding "chair time".
I'm going to try to remember to set up computer work stations where we can stand up and use the computer. I tried to copy the link, but the website didn't let me.
The act of sitting shuts down the fat absorbing enzyme. Standing up uses blood glucose. I plan to stand more often.
You can do rows, walking in place, punching, and work your arms in a good chair woman. Not to mention stretching! But good for you to stand and be more active!!! =)
